Data Processing Addendum.

This general DPA page describes how Audia Systems LLC may process data on behalf of clients in service relationships. It is not a substitute for a signed agreement.

General DPA terms

Roles

Where applicable, a client may act as controller, business, data owner, or equivalent role, and Audia Systems LLC may act as processor, service provider, contractor, or equivalent role for data processed under client instructions.

Processing scope

Processing may include hosting, support, implementation, diagnostics, publishing workflows, file handling, data import/export, backups, reports, security review, and operational service records.

Instructions

Audia Systems LLC processes client data for agreed services, support, legal compliance, security, and documented business purposes. Conflicting or unlawful instructions may be refused or require clarification.

Subprocessors and providers

Infrastructure, email, storage, analytics, support, contractor, or professional-service providers may be used where appropriate. Specific subprocessors may be listed in a signed agreement or service order.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures may include access control, least privilege, logging, backups, encrypted transport where applicable, review gates, and separation of public/private surfaces.

Deletion and export

Clients may request deletion or export of client data subject to identity verification, legal obligations, backups, security needs, technical feasibility, and contract terms.

Jurisdiction-specific terms

Terms for GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, state privacy laws, data transfers, audits, subprocessors, or other frameworks are handled in the applicable written agreement when relevant to the service relationship.

Operated by Audia Systems LLC, DBA Bailey Enterprises, within the broader GLC / Gwyn Legacy ecosystem.

Institute for Civil Memory is a nonprofit-oriented initiative within the GLC / Gwyn Legacy ecosystem. It is not currently filed as a separate nonprofit entity and is not currently soliciting or collecting donations.
