Operating identity
Operated by Audia Systems LLC, DBA Bailey Enterprises, within the broader GLC / Gwyn Legacy ecosystem.
AUDIA, the Adaptive Unified Distributed Intelligence Architecture, is an intelligence architecture and platform ecosystem operated by Audia Systems LLC, DBA Bailey Enterprises.
Institute for Civil Memory is a nonprofit-oriented initiative within the GLC / Gwyn Legacy ecosystem. It is not currently filed as a separate nonprofit entity and is not currently soliciting or collecting donations.

Core terms
Use and accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, license keys, devices, project data, authorized users, and activity under your access. Keep credentials secure and notify support of suspected unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use services for illegal activity, abuse, spam, credential attacks, unauthorized testing, exploitation, harassment, malware, or misuse of health, research, or sensitive systems.
Availability and beta tools
Some services, prototypes, early-access features, dashboards, PWAs, APIs, downloads, and integrations may be experimental, incomplete, rate-limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Beta tools are provided for evaluation and operational feedback.
Intellectual property
Audia Systems LLC and its licensors retain rights in TraceLayer, AUDIA architecture materials, design, code, documentation, trademarks, and platform assets. You retain rights to your own content and client data, subject to permissions needed to provide services.
Payments
Paid services, subscriptions, licenses, implementation work, hosting, support, or custom development may be governed by separate ordering documents, invoices, statements of work, or written agreements.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, security risk, legal risk, policy violations, misuse, or discontinued service availability. Data export or deletion may be available subject to contract, law, backups, and security review.

Information provided through this website, application, dashboard, prototype, or service is for general informational, operational, research, or business purposes only. It is not medical, legal, financial, emergency, or professional clinical advice unless separately agreed in a written contract. Services are provided as available unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited under the applicable written agreement or applicable law.
Disputes and notices
Where a separate written agreement applies, governing law, venue, dispute handling, notice procedures, and contract-specific terms are handled in that agreement. Where no separate written agreement applies, disputes and notices are handled under applicable law by a court or authority with proper jurisdiction.
