Bug reports

Include the route, browser/device, screenshots where safe, expected result, actual result, and steps to reproduce. Do not include credentials or sensitive private data.

Privacy requests

Requests for access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction can be routed through Support or Contact and may require verification.

Accessibility issues

Send the affected URL, device/browser, assistive technology if applicable, and the barrier encountered.

Security reports

Report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly. Avoid destructive testing, data access, exfiltration, or service disruption.

DPA and BAA requests

Eligible client workflows may request DPA or BAA review before regulated or contract-sensitive data is processed.

Response expectations

Response times depend on the service relationship, severity, available support plan, and current operational capacity. Emergency, crisis, safety, or urgent clinical needs must not be routed through this site.
